About

Monster of The Month is a serial novelisation of a homebrew game of Dungeons & Dragons (5e). Myself, along with my five players set out to share an adventure told between us in an easy to consume format with regularly uploaded chapters detailing the fights, feuds, and fantastic fuckers that are our characters.

This novel also serves as an investigation into the serial nature of Dungeons & Dragons. As the game plays out in an episodic fashion, so too shall the chapters of this novel be released individually on a set bi-weekly schedule. After each session has been played, it will be written up in a novel format and released only on this website.

Comments are of course encouraged for each chapter, however they will not be taken into account during the planning, playing, or writing up of each session/chapter.
